最近レッスンの終わりのごあいさつの時に生徒さん達に
「風邪ひかないようにねっ！」と元気に言っていた私。
その私が久しぶりに本格的に風邪をひきました・・・
先週から「のど痛いな～」と感じたり持病のぎっくり腰が出たり体調イマイチでした。
こじらせたら大変！と思いかかりつけの病院へ。
単純なので先生に診てもらっただけで良くなった気分になる私。
薬をもらいに薬局へ行くと「これ飲んで早く治して下さいね～」と栄養ドリンクをいただきました。
弱った心と体に嬉しいプレゼント（＾＾）
レッスンは通常通り行っていますがみんなにうつしたら大変なのでマスクしてます。
「ざわちんみたいでしょ～」なんて言ってみる（＾＾）
今日も早く寝て早くなおさなきゃ！！

When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!

Heya! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any solutions to prevent hackers?
